... About Jean-Claude Pompougnac

After having taught philosophy, he started working at the department for research and studies at the Public Information Library (Centre Pompidou) in1988. He joined the advisory board of the Minister of Culture as a technical adviser, then became delegate for development and training (1991-1995) ; he became Director of the French Institute in Barcelona. He was then appointed as regional director for Cultural affairs (DRAC) Region Centre from 1999 to 2003. In 2004, he created  the public institution for cultural cooperation Arcadi in Region Ile-de-France; in 2008 he became director of cultural affairs for the city of Bondy (Ile-de-France).
