The framework programme «Solidarity and Management of Migration Flows » aims to promote the development of common policies for refugees ; external borders, integration and return. It has a budget of almost 5.9 billion euros and runs from 2007 to 2013.
there are four financial instruments for the management of migration flows
The framework programme « Solidarity and Management of migratory flows » is implemented through four specific funds :
- the « European Refugee Fund»,
- the « External Borders Fund »,
- the « Integration Fund for Third Countries »,
- the « Return Fund ».
a fund that can be of interest to cultural operators
Of these four funds the « Integration Fund for Third Countries » is the most likely to be of interest to cultural operators since the projects submitted must increase civic, cultural and political participation of third country nationals in the host society.
